- I currently serve as a Curriculum Specialist for Intermediate Unit 1. I have been with Intermediate Unit 1 for 16 years and worked extensively with gifted education, distance learning, instructional coaching and mentoring, and curriculum writing. Prior to coming to IU1, I was a high school social studies teacher (World History, US History, AP History) and instructional technology coach.
