How long are my digital business cards valid for?
If you created your digital business card on a free or individual plan, it will be live and valid for as long as you want. If your card was created while on a team plan, your card will remain active as long as your susbscription is active.
Is there a limit on the number of scans my QR code gets or views my digital business card gets?
Nope. You can share your digital business card an unlimited number of times and there are no limits on views or contact downloads. We want you to make as many good connections as possible!
Why would I use this instead of just sharing my LinkedIn profile?
People prefer to connect in different ways, so giving people the option is helpful (and they can always decide to connect with you on LinkedIn after viewing your digital business card). Digital Business Cards are especially useful for businesses who want a consistent brand experience and a way to generate leads for the business rather than for individual employees.
What is the "analytics" feature and what is the benefit?
This feature helps you track how many times your business card is being viewed and how many times people are downloading your contact details.
It's especially useful on team plans as you can easily see who on your team is driving the most interactions and leads.
What do you mean by lead generation?
When someone downloads your contact details, they are prompted to share their details with you. It's a great way to generate leads while networking!
How easy is it to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time right from your settings screen.
How do I cancel my free trial?
It's easy - just head to settings -> billing -> manage billing, then cancel!
If I subscribe and then cancel, what happens to my digital business card?
If you created your digital business card on an individual plan, it will revert to the free plan and continue to work, but without any premium features (e.g. analytics, branded QR code etc)
If your digital business card was created from a team plan, it will no longer be active when the subscription expires.
